At Ruff Life Boarding & Daycare, we currently specialize in caring for small dog breeds only. Our environment, play areas, and services are specifically designed with the comfort, safety, and needs of small dogs in mind.
This allows us to provide:
🐶 Safe small dog socialization
🌴 Comfortable play environments
🐾 Size-appropriate interactions
💕 Personalized attention and careOur goal is to create a stress-free, fun, and loving experience tailored especially for tiny paws and small breed companions.
Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe environment for all of our furry guests!
How can I help my pup have a relaxing and stress-free stay?
To help your small dog feel safe, comfortable, and right at home, we encourage owners to bring familiar comfort items such as blankets, beds, toys, treats, or favorite snacks. Bringing your small dog’s regular food and maintaining their normal routine can also help reduce stress during boarding or daycare.
If your small dog requires medication, please provide all medications in their original containers along with clear dosage instructions at check-in. Our team will make sure your pup receives plenty of love, supervision, rest breaks, and personalized care throughout their stay to help keep tails wagging and stress levels low.
What safety measures and emergency protocols does Ruff Life have in place?
Your pup’s safety and comfort are our top priorities at Ruff Life Boarding & Daycare. Our small-dog-only environment is designed to provide safe, supervised play in a calm, beach-themed setting where every guest receives personalized attention.
Our team of four caring staff members helps monitor playgroups, feeding schedules, medication needs, rest times, and overall wellbeing throughout the day. Small dogs are supervised during social play, and pets may be separated when needed to maintain a safe, stress-free environment for everyone.
For additional security and peace of mind, our facility is equipped with security cameras, and the owner lives onsite to help provide added supervision and quick response if needed. Boarding guests also receive overnight supervision and regular wellness checks to ensure they remain comfortable and safe throughout their stay.
In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to contact the owner and emergency contact immediately while seeking veterinary care if necessary. Owners are asked to provide updated emergency contact information and veterinarian details prior to their dog’s stay.
At Ruff Life Boarding & Daycare, we’re committed to creating a safe, loving, and worry-free “home away from home” where tails wag, pups play, and pet parents can relax knowing their furry family members are in caring hands.
4. Is Ruff Life cage-free?
Yes! Ruff Life Boarding & Daycare offers a mostly cage-free environment with plenty of supervised indoor and outdoor play space for small dogs to safely run, play, relax, and socialize throughout the day.
For safety, rest time, feeding, overnight sleeping, or when separation is needed, we do have kennel crates available. Dogs may be separated based on temperament, comfort level, medical needs, feeding routines, or owner request to help maintain a safe and stress-free environment for every pup.
Our goal is to provide the perfect balance of playtime, comfort, supervision, and personal space so each dog feels happy, secure, and right at home during their stay.
